2009 Annual Meeting

April 30, 2009

at the

Black River Coliseum

Poplar Bluff, MO

Doors open at 5:30

Meeting begins at 6:00, followed by dinner

Cash prizes as well as other door prizes are awarded

Dinner tickets on sale beginning April 1st

Dinner tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for children

 

The credit union board of directors consists of nine volunteer members, elected at large from the credit union membership. Each director serves a 3-year term, with 3 terms expiring each year. The nominating committee has nominated incumbents Chuck Hayden, Charlie Hicks and Lonnie Robertson for re-election.

Any member in good standing may also submit their name for nomination by petition. The petition must be signed by 1% of the total membership or a minimum of 75 members. A written statement of qualifications, biographical data and a signed statement that he/she is willing to serve as a board member and that he/she understands the responsibility and liability associated with the position must accompany the petition.

Deadline for petitions is March 2, 2009.

Should there be more than three candidates there will be a mail ballot election held in March 2009. The election results will be announced at the 57th Annual Meeting to be held Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Black River Coliseum in Poplar Bluff.
